Guidelines for Submitting Abstract

EXTENDED ABSTRACT (Times New Roman, font size 11)


You are invited to submit your Extended Abstract as a Word Document. The abstract should not exceed 1000 words. The file size should not exceed 5MB.

Please adhere to the following formatting guidelines:
  • Use Times New Roman font.
  • The title should be in 14-point font size.
  • Author names (Given Name followed by Middle Name and Surname) should be in 12-point font size.
  • The main text of the abstract should be in 11-point font size.
  • Page margins set to 2.54 cm on all sides
  • Paragraphs should be justified on both the left and right edges
  • Please use single-line spacing and leave a line gap between paragraphs
If necessary, one figure and one table with relevant captions may be included.

Please name the file as <Last Name_Full Initials_Abstract>. For example, John Wayne will name the file as <Wayne_JW_Abstract>.

The authors are requested to strictly follow the above formatting requirements. The organizing committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for clarity or correctness of English, but will consult the author if any significant changes are needed.
